Starting with the classic favourite that makes a great appetiser to show off to your friends or even a main with salad and a bowl of miso. In this workshop I will be teaching how to cook Japanese rice, teriyaki chicken, miso soup and of course how to roll sushi. In this class we will be making teriyaki chicken sushi,tuna mayo sushi and shrimp with fresh local goat cheese.
