In this workshop you will learn the base for making a delicious miso ramen soup, 'Kakuni' Japanese pork belly cooked in a sweet savoury sauce and advice on a range of different toppings you can put on ramen.

  • Lunch (you will also get one portion of soup to enjoy at home.)

  • Recipe booklet

Note: Please bring a large jar to take the soup home with you.
